A radical new biography of the escapologist Harry Houdini's early life as a Jewish refugee from Eastern Europe, HOUDINI was Peter's third commission for Polyglot Theatre Company in 2000-1. This workshop production was developed for the National Theatre's education programme and was directed by Leona Heimfeld.
